CrossFit se define como un sistema de entrenamiento de fuerza y acondicionamiento basado en ejercicios funcionales costantemente variados realizados a una alta intensidad.
Disponemos de +10 horas diarias de Crossfit y además:
Gymnastics: Trabaja solo con tu peso corporal con ejercicios gimnásticos.
Endurance: Mejora tu condición cardiorespiratoria.
Halterofilia: Aprende y mejora los movimientos olímpicos.
Powerance: Mejora la fuerza global y baja de peso.

En el dispondrás de 700 m2 de nave totalmente acondicionada, con material individual para cada atleta, con un espacio amplio y seguro para realizar tu sesión de entrenamiento.
Es un sitio para divertirse, mejorar, compartir esfuerzo y conocer gente que comparte tu misma pasión.
Nuestras clases con un máximo de 12 personas se adaptan a tu nivel y siempre tendrás un entrenador pendiente de ti.
